Love this board! Never heard about the Marvel, but I do know and love the 3 other pedals. Great choices!

Thanks Easyroom the Marvel drive is a Marshall 60's 70s rock type pedal much like the Catalinbread Dirty Little secret. Its got that 70's marshall crunch tone its warmer to me then some of the other Marshall flavored pedals.

Went to a smaller board. Got it done at West coast pedal boards. Love it Randy! Also, much more compact than your previous board.

Any new boards for the “new” year or reconfigurations? I ended the year on this set up. I still need to clean up the underside wiring:

I have still yet to try the El Capistan. I love my Strymon Flint but have heard great things about the Capistan as well. So many options with the Strymon pedals it’s hard for me not to love them.

I have still yet to try the El Capistan. I love my Strymon Flint but have heard great things about the Capistan as well. So many options with the Strymon pedals it’s hard for me not to love them. The El Capistan ended my search for a delay pedal. Its been the one pedal that has stood the test of time with me. I would love to try the flint thats another pedal I am sure I would really like. Now that I went to this smaller board it has caused me to be very selective with my pedals. I really didn't know how I was going to fit all these pedals on my board. I was almost at the point of looking for a smaller delay. But then I realized that with the strymon ojai it has the angled power supply leads on one end. So I was able to flip my board over and move the Ojai up so I could put the longer lead end of the power supply in it and use the angled end to power up the pedals giving me a little bit more room on my board so they all can fit now its tight but its right. The Strymon stuff is top notch even that little power supply is very cool.

Honestly, if I started all over again I would probably lean towards something like you’ve got or similar (Metro/jr) sized. A volume pedal and 4 or 5 would suit me perfectly. Mines a bit over kill but I wanted to fill out the board I had as best I could.

Adam....what's the purple pedal on the top row? It’s a secret! kidding! It’s a GGG clone of the Mutron Micro V envelope filter. For when you absolutely, positively, have to get your Jerry on. Which, for me, is kind of a lot. I joke. I use it to sound like me, too, if flip the switch to the left. But, to the right, that’s Jerry-land. It’s a guaranteed fun time either way. It it comes in an unpainted box with an ugly-arse sticker on top. I took the guts out, scraped the sticker, and let my son pick a rattle can at the store and we painted it that color.

Added a Tumnus Deluxe to the drive section. Still need to mess around with the order of the drives to see what I like best, but the Tumnus Deluxe into the Timmy or the OCD sounds great. Plays well with the Z-28 too, especially since you can now tame the mids a bit.

I’ll have to get a photo of mine, but in the meantime I wanted to share the link to holeyboards- the board I have. Chris now makes them in aluminum as well as wood (mine is wood). It’s an awesome board. Great design - no Velcro! www.chemistrydesignwerks.com/holeyboards/classic-series

Here is my "side-gig" board with some light gain pedals. Band practice will fire back up in a week or so and I'll have the heavier dirt back in action. Going into a Ghia head and Avatar 212 semi open back cab with Greenbacks.

Finally pedalboard complete! Nice and tidy, good clean power and the quartermaster qmx 6 is awesome!!! big shout out to Bright Onions for the Strymon Multi Switch makes life so much easier switching presets and banks. More practical shape than the strymon one!

This is my fist pedalboard pic. Hopefully this works. This is a big board for me, but we're not gigging right now. We're writing songs, so this set up gives me a lot to experiment with.

Nice board! What do you think of the Exoplex? Do you use it always-on? Have you tried other EP preamp pedals? Hey LT... Thanks! Yes I was using it as an always on boost in this set up. It adds a good bit of bottom end and lets me run the amp a little brighter, which works well for lighter gain clarity. It's similar in sound to the Exotic, but is hand wired and can be dialed in to be a little more subtle with the top mounted toggles if desired. I rarely use an always on boost, but sometimes with single coils I like to beef up the signal just a bit. I'm a humbucker guy at heart.

My board with some updates! I’m sure you agree but I just think Walrus Audio Deep Six has the coolest graphics line up ever! I’ve got the Angler fish on my compressor pedal and I love how they integrated the fish antenna as the led light.
