I'm sure this has been answered somewhere and I didn't find it..
Wondering if the way the parallel single-ended circuit is implemented cancels the 60hz hum that is typical of single-ended amps

No hum. I suppose if you turned everything up there would be some hum. My Z-Plus is used for practice and jamming in my home, and it only hums when a tube is failing (once-maybe twice in 4 years). The Z-Plus is considered to be a quiet amplifier. I usually play twice a day, 2-3hrs. daily, every day, and it does not hum.
It sings!

There’s no hum. There is a significant amount of filtering in the power section to eliminate hum.
