What are you favorite Gia tone settings?

I'm at about 11:15 tone-wise with volume max'd typically with my Strat into a greenback. When I plug in my P90 Les Paul, I've got to dial out the bass a bit and back off on the volume.
I'm curious to see whether others are at.

Mine is set around 11:00 or maybe slightly higher. I play single coil Strats, a Tele and a Gretsch 6120 and that seems to be the sweet spot for all.

11:30 works great for me. Whatever value that is, doc should just put a fixed resistor in place of the pot. Maybe do a cut control for some treble attenuation. But then again, maybe not. Imagine the amp with only one control lol

I'm at about 11:15. I have mainly been playing single coils with my strats and tele. Haven't really been playing my Les Paul much recently but when I was I found that I was using the same settings on all of my amps that I use with my single coil guitars. I also do use the volume controls on my guitars to control volume.

I stole BW’s settings a long time ago.; volume 1:00 and tone 11:00.

Volume at noon and the tone to taste. Depends on the guitar where I set the tone knob. If it is a bright guitar I go more bass, if it is a dark guitar I go more treble.

It depends on the guitar, the speaker and your ears. But most of the time...most people are going to have the tone knob between 11 and 1:00.

I stole BW’s settings a long time ago.; volume 1:00 and tone 11:00. This is about where I reside. A little tone knob adjustment based on the guitar I use. But not much.

Depends on the amount of gain, guitar, speaker, and cabinet.
Between 10 and 2 o’clock 95% of the time.
The key is thinking of the Ghia tone control as a bass control first and the tone control on the guitar primarily as the treble control. Set the tone control for desired bass repose, then set the treble with the guitar tone control.
Like most amps, need to turn bass down as gain increases. Noon on the tone control is about as bassy as I can tolerate with volume past noon.
