Do any of you have any experience with using a Bigsby B5 to eliminate neck dive?

my best advise for SG neck dive is a wide leather strap to keep the guitar from sliding on your shoulder.
If the bigsby helps that would be great because I love that look on an SG š

I have no neck dive at all on my white 1961 SG. I also use the rubber strap lock washers rather then strap locks on my SG. All my other guitars have the strap locks but not the SG. The rubber ones work just fine on the SG. My strap also has good padding on the inside of it so its very comfortable as well. The SG is a great sounding guitar.

I currently use Perri Straps that are like the Hemp Fabric and you are correct they give enough grip. Probably why I donāt notice the neck dive on my SGās. BTW Thanks for the link to the Native Straps. I keep forgetting to buy one of them.

I put a B5 on a SG Jr. I used to have, and it did balance out the guitar nicely.

The Bigsby added 10.9 ounces, almost enough to eliminate the neck dive. Now Iām going to experiment with weight in the control cavity and different straps. Thanks for all your input.
