Have any of you tried either speaker ? Thoughts ? Do you think they would compliment each other ?

I adore the V Type and really wanted to like the Neo but I didn’t, but I do think that these Neo’s would be great in pairs but singles just lack the punch of heavy magnet. If you like clean tones, with some air they will do that for sure.

That usually doesn’t pan out, but in this case you would save a bunch of weight and two of them would sound fuller and the bigger can would give them bottom end. Hey would probably project well and stay clear.

I thought that the V type would have a superbly balanced sonic signature that imparts a vintage musicality to your tone. Clean sounds have just the right amount of upper-mid chime and HF sparkle to add clarity and definition and the Creme would have low end punch, warm vocal midrange and sweet refined highs. Otherwise I would go with two Creme's.

I have a neo V on the way. We'll see how it works with the neo Creamback next week. Probably will need to break them in.

Last night was the first time taking the amp out to play with a loud blues band. Very small area to set up next to the bass player who was running 8 x 10's ! The tilt back legs made it doable. I could hear and feel it well but I wasn't blasting the audience or the bass player. The Double Deluxe RULES ! victoriaamp.com/product/double-deluxe/ JJ
