Hello, I've never played the cure in a band setting and i'm going for an audition with a rock covers band. Any tips on settings etc? I use an OCD for dirt and a flying dragon to boost the OCD for solos. Thanks

Have fun at the audition.
For the rock stuff I usually just run the boost engaged at 50% and let the amp do the work. Maybe run the OCD as a light drive to goose the amp for choruses and other “big” parts. I use a boost for when I take to amp boost off to kind of fill in my perception of volume lost due to the mids dropping a bit. YMMV.
Finally find your sonic space and go to town. The amp will sound great and be awesome.

You might consider backing off the bass a little from where you usually keep it for home playing. What sounds great and inspires at home can turn into a bit of sonic muck when you've got a bass guitar and a kick drum.
