Anyone? I’ve been a fan, but have never pulled the trigger. I have a few telecasters that I assembled myself but have been thinking of getting a Nash again for some reason.

Rockerfeller plays a couple of them and his are fantastic. Not all of them are. I think like most Fenders and Gibsons, some just have that magic.

I played one many years ago and it didn't play as well as or sound as good as the USACG Tele style guitar that I assembled 20 years ago (and is still my #1), but that's a sample of one and I'm strongly biased against guitars with fake aging.

I have two.
My first is a T-52 purchased to satisfy an itch for a blackguard Tele. I bought it used online, so I didn't get to try it before buying it. I'm still playing it regularly, including gigs. I'm fine with the big neck and the Lollar pickups are very good.
My second is an HB-2, meaning dual humbuckers. I spotted this one when a group of us went to Guitar Riot in Cleveland during Z Fest 2018. It called to me -- black body, white pickguard, "rosewood" board -- it rang great acoustically, and I couldn't not get it. Again, great Lollar pickups. This guitar also gets regular use.
I'm a fan.

Do it, they're great. I just picked up a Nash T-52 (I don't know WHY... because I already have 2 great Teles!) and even though I didn't keep it, I wish it had made sense to. As long as you're cool with the concept & look of an already-worn-in/relic'ed guitar, they're otherwise about as good as any other boutiques I've ever had my hands on.

I personally think they’re unbeatable, especially for the money. And if you should need any support they do everything but come to your house. I’ve had Bill Nash himself send me replacement pickguards because I didn’t like the PG angle resulting from how the screw holes were drilled. One word of warning. Actually more informational than a warning. I have six different Nash teles and you need to understand that the terms “light, medium and heavy” don’t necessarily mean much relative to the actual aging of the guitar. You absolutely need to look at good pics of the instrument to make sure it suits you. “Light aging” could mean anything from barely perceptible to looking like a grenade went off next to it. I personally like them all ways so it’s no big deal. One of mine is the “Jeff Beck” model that you’d have to see to believe! Humbucker’s pics are always real good and accurate. One more thing: their interpretation of Fender custom colors is well, just that. An interpretation. They’re in the ballpark-ish but not spot on. I stick with swamp ash and get the lightest examples I can find. The resulting resonance is kinda like having one of those old Oster electric handheld massagers running on your belly. They’re really amazing! All of mine have come nicely set up and ready to go. My only gripe is the case. They’re protective but the gator covering comes off if you even look at it hard. Maybe they’re supposed to relic too. If you like relics it’s the last Tele you’ll ever buy!

Thanks for the reviews guys. The one I was chasing down sold before I could get the deal done. I’ll keep looking for one, something will just speak to me at some point.
