Got a Maz 18 NR head and foolishly sold it before giving it a chance.....
Upon delivery to its new owner, the guy plugs it into his Z Best 2x12 and I immediately was suffering sellers remorse.....
Flash forward 1 month....scored a Z Best 2x12 and loaded it with a Celestion Blue and a Heritage Greenback.....then scored another Maz 18 NR head last week from a forum member off of ebay...
Suffice to say - this rig freaking screams. The cab loaded with these speakers is just magic, and the tones I'm getting are to die for. I agree this may be one of the finest Strat / Tele friendly rigs out there....
Good stuff.

I've been without a Maz Jr. since I sold my 1x12 combo back in April, still waiting for my NR head from Fat Sound to show up. Let me tell you, I am really jonsin' for the Junior, I love my StingRay head, but the Maz is the perfect Strat amp for me.

We hooked his Sweet Sound Ultra Vibe up to my new rig and it was total Jimi / Trower heaven. Having a sh*t load of fun with this setup. Steve E
