From the video I was thinking it reminds me of a microphonic issue. Could be the inductor. Hard to be sure though. Hope you can get your wah back to health.

Welcome to the forum! I had a Clyde 1st generation on my pedalboard and was having an issue with popping noise each time the pedal was engaged or disengaged. I emailed fulltone and got a short and pissy kind of Mike Fuller reply saying “ stop using solderless cables”. I never mentioned that part - but he was right. I took the pedal off the board and used regular quarter inch and the noise was gone. Sometimes the problem is right in front of us but it isn’t what we would think. Since the pedal is not on a board could you have a friend try it at a different location to rule out an electrical issue where you are? Let us know how you get it fixed!

Yes thanks for your help, i did think about the inductor but it's hard to find and not cheap ! the wah is also working perfectly without the buffer...

Thank you for your help ! i change the guitar, the jacks, the amp but not the guitarist ! I will try it at a different location and see... I will let you know if it works !

Wah Wah love / hate. All but one in the last 40ish years would start squeaking , most in the first 6 months to a year. One lasted 10 years, just one. And now there are few to none techs to fix them. Ahh, just venting………..Everyone have a Happy Thanksgiving 🦃!!
