I have one of these on order. Should have it in about a month. I generally do NOT care for any compression pedals as an always-on effect. I have hopes for this one because of what I have heard in a couple of demos. Seems to be more of a studio-type leveling effect. I'm anxious to hear any opinions from forum members who have a chance to use one when they become available.

I tried on at a local shop and really enjoyed it. It could be a really nice always on compressor…has a nice boost to it, and is really transparent. When it’s turned off you notice and when it was on I forgot all about it.
I’ve been thinking about it since I played it a couple weeks ago and thought, like you, I’m not much of a compressor guy but that might be the one.

Paul did a great demo and explanation on a recent That Pedal Show. Dan and Mick were pretty jazzed with it along with the Horsemeat pedal.

Well I have had this comp on my board now for about a month and have played 3 gigs with it. It is what I hoped. Not at all like a Dyna-comp type compressor. I highly recommend it if you are looking for something that sort of acts like a tube rectifier. That is the best way I can describe it.
