Sold my RT66, buyer had issues and wanted to return it. It arrived yesterday, unpacked it today, fired it up and realized it was a blessing in disguise.

That's kind of crazy. But, great result! Meant to be?

thats funny! I'm glad you got a great amp!!
I had a guy on Reverb leave me poor feedback because he didn't like the way a pedal he bought from me sounded! Like thats my fault

Like thats my fault I've had that happen too... I accepted the return though, just to avoid the negative feedback. He didn't like it as much as the other two he already had. And this was a relatively hard to find pedal, too, so it's not like he couldn't have flipped it pretty easily. "No returns unless it's in a condition other than as described"... I don't recall describing it as the best-sounding pedal across all space and time; better than the other ones you have, so I guess "no returns" doesn't mean what I thought it meant. Whew! I guess I was holding on to that more than I thought!

I think that if I aired it out it would be all one sided. In the end the amp arrived back, and works perfectly. I’m happy to have it back and be rid of the buyer. 😉

The Rt 66 is a one of a kind amp, and a masterpiece if you ask me. I would hold onto it if you can.

Indeed, but I still love my Z28’s more. If someone offered me a Goldface Z28 I’d take that trade. Between the Z28 and the M12 I found what works for me.
The 66 is amazing there is no doubting it.
