Howdy,
I saw a Jetta advertised with EHX 7591A tubes. They don't look like Tungsols or JJ's, very different bottle, base, and construction.
Anyone tried these?

Was it a new or used Jetta ? I have a pair of EH’s as back up………Doc say the EH’s wil work as a sub. I think all the new Jettas are TS or JJ

Hi,
Yes, used Jetta on the 'verb. Just curious, and yeah, Z uses JJ's now, I believe, Tungsols appear to have rattled too much. The funky world of tubes has become extra-funky lately. Glad I have a stash of fresh bottles for all my amps. I'd give them all back for Ukraine.

If it’s used and not abused, with a good price ……..I would recommend you grab it now. Awesome amp, if the used price is close to new , then you know what to do..

Well, I've had 2 Jettas, a few years apart, just never made it past the honeymoon. But I have not heard any discussion on the EH tube, so I posted this thread. My early serial # Cure and non-MV Remedy keep me satisfied. Love the humbuckers through those amps.
