Now the functionality test. Is it UPS proof?

Will that even fit in a regular Les Paul case?

Maybe if I owned a 1958 LP...but otherwise I'd rather spend the money on beer.

To be a bit snarky. No followup since the 2020 NAMM show on the availability or price as promised on the video, and a quick internet search gave me nothing with that name other than from around then. Wonder if it ever went into production? Depending on the cost, I think it may have had more use, as they mention, as a clamp when re-gluing a neck that is already broken. Again, without a price, it may have been better to make an inexpensive hard plastic version that would likely do the job (if there is one) as well and cheaper.

Okay. I'm a little afraid to dis this. I can see me dropping my Les Paul when I pull it out of it's case this week. Okay. Knock on Wood. Here goes: I think that "Absolute Best Product" is overselling it a little bit.
I was first scratching my head as to what it could be until I watched the video.

I've gone 50+ years without breaking a neck. With any luck my last 10-15 or so will be just fine.

It doesn't appear to give support side to side and as DonA mentioned, it doesn't look like it would fit in a case while on a guitar. Also looks kinda fiddly, like I'd cause damage installing or removing it.

I think it's a good concept, especially for repairing a cracked head stock.
I had my first Les Paul fall off of a cheap guitar stand and onto a wooden stage many years ago. It cracked the head stock. I had it fixed and have never had another problem with it.
It's a terrible feeling when that happens. It was a life lesson for me. Never put a $1,000 + guitar on a $15 stand.

I remember an old interview with Joe Walsh where he says something to the effect of, an SG doesn't sound good until it's headstock has been broken and repaired. This thing would likely not get an endorsement from Joe.
