I'm having one of my GAS weeks and I'm always on the lookout for the great fuzz. I stumbled across JHS Pedal's new "Bender" fuzz tone and ordered one. It's their take on the Tone Bender fuzz, and it'll be here tomorrow.
The tone is not like a typical fuzz, it can get really nasty and gated, but with everything set at 12:00 it really sounds great. Nice note definition, chords don't muddy up too much but it still has clarity. Very cool, check out this demo:

I believe this is a good pedal. As another option for a a Bender style try the Keeley Fuzz Bender. More controls and I find it to be a great pedal. ME

JHS is a cool company. Have you watched the “Pedal Musical” that they put on a little while back? A great history of fuzz pedals done as a musical.....I was thinking about the Crimson in this series...but I’m sure this one will be excellent as well.
Hope you enjoy.

This is an incredible fuzz tone. I love it. I'm getting Beatles fuzz out of it, sounds great. There's a lot of different tones in here, I'm just scratching the surface.

I just keep hearing the song “ I’m a Tone Bender!” While thinking about your new FUZZ..... glad your liking it.

The JHS Bender is my favorite normal fuzz and my favorite TB style fuzz I’ve owned.
