Lately i've been playing around with the tremolo a lot and i've been wondering about the nature of the circuit. Does this amp have a bias shifting tremolo, and if so, does it shift the bias of the preamp or the power tubes? Also, Does the tremolo come before or after the reverb in the circuit? Not sure if it's even possible to come before the reverb when shifting the bias of the power tubes but i'm not knowledgeable about these things. It doesn't really matter either way but i'm curious to what is causing these lovely sounds i'm getting.

The Lux uses bias wiggle on the power tubes. Best tremolo circuit in the business. Gets nice and swampy.

I concur on it being a bias trem using the power tubes and it’s after the reverb yes. Awesome trem circuit, it sounds great slow or fast and from deep to just a little of depth on the knob.

It is indeed a great circuit, i love the saggy sensation it adds at really low depth settings.
Does anybody know what the role of V5 is in all this?
