I'm posting this here because the CAZ is the Center piece of this rig. I have to give a big thank you to Doc and Alan for the CAZ and Doc, you know how much I love the Cure! Also, a big thank you to Todd and Patty (PCNS) for helping me put this together. It's their cables that made this possible; the incredible snake they made for me and the great new style patch cables. See below at the Pedal Board pic. The amps are switched with the Big Shot. The PCNS 4-Channel cable runs every thing from the pedal board to and from the amps. Channel 1 goes to the Cure, Channel 2 goes to the CAZ, Channel 3 is Send from the CAZ, and Channel 4 is Return to the CAZ. The Cure only has a Delay in it's loop (I'll replace with a different one later). All of that is routed via the Friedman Buffer Bay (It's really great). The Tremolo, Chorus, and two Delays (one short and one long) are in the CAZ loop. You see the settings on the CAZ. If I get out my Zion Guitar in HSS, the Single coils get clean enough to not have to use the Cure (which is set to just breaking up). But, if the band decides to do some Blues tunes, I'm using that Cure! Oh, the Power Regulator is peaking to the left. That's a cool and needed piece of gear that I need in some of the places I play with old wiring. This is one heck of a rig. It's meant to mostly rock, but it will do a lot of music. I'm pretty proud of it. This didn't start out as a 2 amp rig, it morphed into that once I got the Snake. Am I going to carry all of this around? Doubtful! Keep Rockin!!

Nice rig indeed, Russell. The level controls aren't set high enough, though.

Nice rig indeed, Russell. The level controls aren't set high enough, though. Not in the living room! I get to turn it up pretty well at practice/jam.

Nice rig indeed, Russell. The level controls aren't set high enough, though. Turn those levels up and get your fireplace and chimney cleaned at the same time!

Very cool, Russell...I've been playing around with something similar. I don't have pictures yet but I'm running a 1x12 Z cab loaded open back with a Z-12 speaker. On top of that is my CAZ-45, and on top of the CAZ is my EZG-50 head. They're switched using a ToneBone Amp Switcher, and in the loop of the CAZ is a delay for just some fattening slap back. The main pedal board runs into the EZG-50 head, straight into the amp input input. It's really flexible, I hit the CAZ up for lead solos and great crunch rhythm, and the EZG takes care of clean to low gain tones with all the modulation effects. I might include a flanger into the CAZ loop but it sounds fantastic with only a little delay.

Nice rig. Well thought out design. You know we will need a gig report when the world once again allows for live music.
