I have a Comins GCS-1 with a Bigsby headed here the week after Christmas. It’s a semi-hollow with Kent Armstrong humbuckers. I’ve tried so hard to be a LP guy over the years but they just leave me flat, at least when I’m playing them.
I love my Eastman 335 style guitar so much that I decided another semi-hollow with a smaller body was in order. These guitars are assembled in Korea and then set up And fret dressed by Bill Comins. His custom built guitars are running nearly $20K and are adored by the Jazz guys.
I’ll post some pics when it gets here but just wondered if anyone had any experience.
