Just bought a bottle of deoxit to clean my pedals and my patch cables, etc. well I did that yesterday and decided to deoxit and clean my Z-Lux tonight. Literally sprayed and cleaned every input jack and knob in the amp and also sprayed the pins and sockets of every tube. I also had the opportunity to simply admire the docs work. Here are some pictures. The most annoying part of putting the chassis back and getting it screwed in is that sticky foam lining that is hard to line up right. Pretty sure one of the screws went through that foam thing. Oh well! I have an M12 1x12 combo coming in soon and will be doing this again! I feel like the M12 will be an awesome compliment to the Lux and a great home amp!

I’ve never pulled the chassis on mine. Can you tell me about the foam thing? Is it some kind of a spacer or rattle preventative?

It is used as a gasket to prevent front panel rattle.
