3 months and not a post in the Therapy section. Any owners still out there or has everybody sold there’s in anticipation of the CAZ 45? It’s been lonely here!

I own 3 amps and my Therapy still gets played the most when I play electric. I have loved this amp since the day it arrived, new in 2014. It's connected to a Z 2x10 cab with two Celestion Golds in it. Great tones indeed, it sounds fantastic with all my guitars!

I still love mine. I got a set of 6V6s for it that I will put in it soon for a better comparison with my Z Wreck Jr. I want to see how the lower powered Therapy will sound through the Greenback.

I'd been playing my SRZ-65 with the 6CA7s in it, but because of Martin, fired up the Therapy last night, with EL-34s of course, through a 112 closed back with an Eminence Swamp Thing in it. Sounded wonderful. What else could it be? The "Swiss army knife" of big bottle amps.

Let us know, soon! lol I just put a set of JJ 6V6 tubes in my Therapy and it sounds great. I like it at low volumes, I used it at Praise Band rehearsal this afternoon and I've got to keep it around 88-95dB. It gives up the goods really well at low levels and has a great crunchy OD that reacts great to OD pedals.

Don't know how I missed this thread.
Still digging mine, especially after discovering an older Chinese Vintage 30 that has more lows, is a little fuller sounding and doesn't have a weird harsh high-mids. My band will finally be gigging again on the 27th (outside) and I'm really looking forward to crankin' it up.

I've relegated my Therapy for a semi permanent home at the church. It sure beats lugging it 2x a week back and forth, and it sounds great with 6V6 tubes. I had great tone this morning!

I really need to try 6V6 tubes in mine. Once it gets to sounding Reeeeeaaaaalllly good it's a bit loud for me.

I ran KT-77s in mine for about a year, and they sound very good. The JJ6V6 tubes sound similar but I can turn things up more without getting real loud.

I love my Therapy head!
I know the Nova is the newer one and dual channel built on a similar vibe but I'm allergic to channel switchers and I much prefer cathode bias to make it easy on me switching tubes so I don't have to seek out a tech. In fact I just slapped some new JJ 6L6GC tubes in it a month ago. I think it's an awesome Tweed type amp, and I love the tone I get from it. It's great.
I use the amps as clean as I can get them and use pedals for all the distortion/overdrive/gain/dirt. The Therapy is my first and so far only Z amp. I got it a couple years ago I think. The Therapy has just enough headroom I can keep the amp at just the edge of breakup, and still have plenty of clean volume. I love how the Therapy's warm cleans makes it so that damn near any gain pedal will sound musical through it, and not buzzsaw like. It's always sounded good to me and has a Rolling Stones like vibe that I just can't get enough of honestly!

Getting my Therapy back very soon. I had some KT66s in it at one point. No one ever told me if they were safe to run though and I never saw them listed in the stack of options the Doc suggested would work so I pulled them out. I need to get some EL34s next though.

I have something to add. I stated working on the Hotel California solo that was posted a while back and had to get the Therapy out to make it sound right. I stated in my office with a Monza turned down, but it just wasn't the same kinda sound. They Therapy can nail that late fifties Deluxe sound, especially with the 6V6s in it.
