I'll admit I'm a bit excited for this one to land. 2010 Nik Huber Krautster II in "aged" gold.

Congrats!! I had one just like that briefly...ecept it was aged white with an ebony board. Awesome instrument. I actually thought the Haussell HOT bridge pickup was too hot and middy, so I ordered a Haussell '59 from Haussell. That was just the ticket for me. However, in the end, I just couldn't get on with the neck profile. Spectacular guitar and tones~ Congrats!!

I'm carefully guessing the pickups are stock (Haussell) and I'll find the bridge a bit "warm" and may swap it. Won't know until tomorrow! :-)
<edit> A bit of additional research uncovered a previous Reverb thread that reports the guitar has the "Haussel 59 PAF-style humbucker in the bridge position." Hmmm...I may have lucked out!

I'm hopeful it works...I LOVE baseball bat necks!

Welp...it landed...my thoughts in a word (well, two words)...OH MY!
The neck profile is definitely going to work and the bridge pickup is a Haussell '59...a two'fer win! From the little time I've with it I've found every pickup selection is extremely toneful between the 3-position and coil tap. I wish we were playing out soon but alas that isn't going to happen for a while. I'm relegated to the basement with the Deluxe and a TTE...but that'll have to work for now as the Z Wreck is in the trailer <sigh>. Bottom-line: I can see this becoming a primary stage instrument with enough tones to secure a spot on the studio roster as well.
I'm out to play s'more!
