It's all been said already, but good gravy, Davy--this thing is HUGE. Crank it and it's just gigantic. Sounds great at low volume, too. Great with pedals. Loves humbuckers--tried it with a Strat and it loves that, too. Can't beat the simplicity. This has to be the best $1400 amp on the market, hands down!

Right on, man! You're actually rocking the DSM, as well, eh? Those are my two amps, currently - Jetta head and DSM head. They compliment each other brilliantly. I still haven't found a pedal the Jetta doesn't love.  |

There isn't a bad tone in that amp. Small, lightweight, loud when needed yet it has bitchin tones at low volume. Easy to dial in.
And it's only $1399?
I keep wondering when Doc's raising the price!

It is the best original hardwired amp deal in the market today, hands down. I'll keep the price the same during income tax return time, but after that I'll need to reevaluate my margins. Z |

We're doing a mini-set of Linda Ronstadt tunes at a local, multi-band show (three nights, maybe fitty bands, all covers, complete with costumes and stage hijinks), and I think for ease of mobility and setup the Jetta's coming along. Ran it at practice last night and it sounded GREAT.

Doc's always turning out cool new amps, of course, but the Wreck Jr and the Jetta in particular, out of all the new models the last couple of years, seemed like must-haves to me. First Z's I've bought since the Cure, which I got not long after it first came out, so I guess I was due. |

I agree that the Jetta's going to be one of the three or four really iconic Zs over time. It's just a great combination of simple and adaptable, plus you'll impress your friends and dismay your enemies with the big ol' beefy tone coming out of that little studio cab.
