Guys, I bought this amp a few weeks ago and fell in love with it. But shortly after getting it, it started to make a "Crackling" noise / cutting out when I used the Low E String. I swapped pre amp tubes: No change I swapped Recifier Tube: No change I swapped the Power Tubes: Seemed to go away. The tubes only had a few hours on them when I got them. It has been a week or so and this morning same thing, so I swapped the power tubes again and the issues still remains. I have a great local tech, I just wanted to make sure nobody had any suggestions before I drove it over there. Hasn't been my week for Z's. NOTE: Original set of tubes V3 appeared to be discolored compared to V4, second set I see no issues. All three sets are matched sets.

Make sure your speaker connections are tight and that the jack is soldered well and firmly in the amp. If it is only when you hit the low E, it may not be this, but, there isn't a cell phone in the room with the amp is there? If so, put it in airplane mode or shut it off and see if that solves the problem.

One of the 10's had a loose lead, time to get the solder out.

You did a lot of what the Doc mentions here, but there are a few more steps that may be beneficial in the future. Sometimes it isn't amp related as much as it could be other factors contributing to noise. Glad you have it fixed!
