Hello everyone! So I'm fairly new to Z amps but have taken a huge interest in them due to the amazing sounds I've heard on YouTube as well as the amazing customer service that comes with them. The Doc has to be one of the coolest guys in the industry.
Basically I'm looking at purchasing my 2nd Z amp but dont really have the opportunity to play a whole lot of them where I'm located.
My first Z amp was a Cure that I absolutely loved but had to unfortunately sell due to some financial issues at the time. I absolutely loved it but I kinda want something a with thicker sound.
I play mostly rock and blues music with some indie pop mixed in there too. Favourite bands are the Rolling Stones, CCR, Zep, and so forth. 60's-70's Rock I guess but I also enjoy new stuff like the Black Keys, White Stripes, Foo Fighters, etc. I dont gig at large venues. Small bars, clubs and at parties with friends so I dont need anything to powerful.
Any recommendations on an amp that would be perfect for me? There is a L&M within 2 hours of where I'm located and they currently have both a Jetta and a Cure. Is there anything else I should be considering? (Maz 18 or Z Wreck Jr?)
Thanks in advance for the help!

Loved my Maz 18. it was with me about 14 years, but I think you’re leaning to ZWreck JR. IMHO.

If you're up for a road trip to L&M, assuming they still have both Cure and Jetta in hand, it would be helpful to you. The Cure, as you know, has full-featured eq section and that cool master and level control arrangement. The Jetta has a single tone knob, but that makes it easy to set up. Trying out both likely will help inform you about what you prefer: (1) reasonable power, lots of tweakability or (2) more power/headroom and simplicity.
