Just placed my order through S-Water. Should be here Friday!
There were just too many positive recommendations on this amp (plus I love Joe's tones). I almost went with the Wreck combo, but I've had a Wreck and it's quite a departure from what I've been playing for decades now, that being "American" voiced amps vs. EL tubes. I'm thinking the ZM will fit quite nicely with the Nova and the Cure.
Now to get on the Studio Slips site and get a clamshell for it.

Congratulations! The praise for the Z-Master is very well deserved and I think the reputation of this amp is just going to grow and grow.
Can't wait to hear what you think!

I look forward to your comments, Lou. I'm really interested in comparing it with the Nova, particularly knowing what the electronics are contributing and what's due to cab/speakers.

Arrived safe and sound today. I got a chance to plug in at bedroom/home volume for a short while.
Those 3 tens are definitely a big part of the mojo. Beautiful clean tones with both volumes at 9 and the Strat wound up. Plenty of bottom end with the Bass at or below noon. Tone controls seem to stay mostly in their respective lanes. No need for a Middle control as far as I can tell. I think the speaker config provides plenty of mid-voice.
I won't gig it until I get the clamshell cover (2-3 weeks), so the Nova gets the nod for tomorrow night. All in all, I'm VERY pleased with this amp. I can see it getting a BUNCH of gigs in the future! If there is anyone that is on the fence on the ZM, BUY IT.

The speakers are breaking in and it just keeps sounding better. I have had several of the Docs amps and this one is my favorite. It’s absoulety perfect. What a tone! Wait till you gig it. That’s when you will really appreciate those three speakers.
