I currently have two Dr. Z 4x10 cabinets that I'm using to test different sets of speakers with my EZG-50 and as I've mentioned in another thread I will have some updates on what I've found soon. But I'm already thinking I won't for long need two 4x10 cabinets but I'm really interested in trying 2x12 as I plugged my EZG-50 into a Mesa Boogie vertical 2x12 with Vintage 30's and it was very, very interesting. Seems like I could easily convert one of my Backline 4x10's into a Backline 2x12 with a simple baffle board replacement. Am I missing something that would otherwise make this not such a great idea? And I could also have a 1x15 similarly, right? Thanks!

I'm sure someone like Mathers (as someone mentioned them in your other thread) could make a baffle since they already make similar cab but the speakers would probably have to be on a diagonal because of space restrictions.
A 1x15 would be nice for a Vibroverb type setup. I believe I read a post somewhere on here that Dr Z has used a 4x10 for a 1x15 cab. I'd love to hear that!
I'm itching for an EZG or Z-Lux to run with 5881's with a 4x10. I've had an EZG/4x10 setup in the past and have the itch for another but with different speakers this time around so I'm looking forward to your findings.
Best of luck! Please keep us posted. Joe
