I mentioned this NGD in another thread, but this guitar deserves its own thread. I am so impressed with this Suhr! Oozes quality and attention to detail and rings like a bell plugged or unplugged. I traded my 52 AVRI +$300 for this, and I honestly feel like I stole the guitar. If anyone is even considering buying a Suhr, just do it! You will definitely not regret it!

Great guitars--a moderate step above the comparable American Standard Fenders on the market. I have a Classic Pro HSS and a Classic T Pro HB and they're both fantastic players. I think for some reason the SS frets seem to give people pause (I know I thought twice about it) but they sound NO different and are so smooth & durable.

Took the Suhr To a revival night concert at our church on Sunday with my z-28 and pedal board. This guitar is just wonderful. The neck feels so nice and fast, a welcome change from the nitro finished neck of my AVRI 52. The stainless steel frets feel amazing and make bending effortless. The sound.... oh that sound. Sounds amazing clean to mean. It just has such a better driven sound then my fender. These classic t pick ups are hotter than the Lollar Special t’s I had in my AVRI, and I prefer them. Can sound like a traditional tele if you want it to, but man it can just scream! The tele and the bad bob are a match made in heaven. That combo was my light drive, and I had a Timmy and ocd going into the bad bob if I needed more of a lead tone wit. A volume boost. Just so pleased with this guitar and it is easily becoming a favorite. 1a. My gretsch 1b. The suhr. w uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20181023/e7b11b69c47566325f93d

Regarding those pickups in the Classic T, I've heard John Suhr comment that he's quite proud of them and that they're about as hot as you can reasonably make a Tele pickup without ruining the "tele sound." I have one myself in the bridge (I have the neck-humbucker model, so I can't comment on the neck pickup) and I can admit it's damn close to the Fralin Blues Special, another fantastic bridge pickup.

Every Suhr I have played seemed perfect...... Not a lot of variance from guitar to guitar either, in my opinion. Love the White.....
The tightness of the the body/neck joint is super solid....much different than the American Standard Fenders I’m used to which seem to wiggle just a bit. That makes a lot of the difference in feel to me, as well as pronounciation of the notes. The Suhr is like a Z ... firm and punchy....some Fenders are a bit more squishy and soft.
It’s great to have such selections these days. Looks great with the Z28!
