My pedal board does not have reverb or tremolo since I usually use it with my Z-Lux. When I use it with my Cure, I put a Strymon Flint in the effects loop. But if I decide to gig my Ghia, where would I put the Flint: before or after the pedal board?

I put my verb and trem after everything but there is no "right" way.

my amp has verb, but the delay is last on the board and the trem is just before. (no loop)

The mini pedalboard I run in front of my Z28 has a Wampler Faux Spring Reverb and a Mojohand FX Bayou Tremolo. I like them both. Spring Reverb and bias type trem, both do good in front of the amp, and with dirt pedals.

Flint is last pedal in my chain before amp. Works great.

One article described putting the time based effects at the end of the chain (i.e., the traditional set up) as the “missionary position” of pedal arrangement.😱 Here’s an interesting article about alternatives (to pedal arrangement, not missionary position - this is a family show): theproaudiofiles.com/combo-city/

When I had a Flint, it was last in the chain, unless I had a delay, which I placed after the Flint.
