I used my 1/10 combo cab last night with a WGS C/S10 riding along. There was ample headroom and volume for the show. The band is a four piece and it was an outdoor covered bar gig. The tones were great and the simple use of the Fulltone 2B and OCD covered the majority of my leadwork and greasiness. Highlight of the night was playing down "can't you hear me knocking" w my open G tuned tele. The Ghia gave up the goods really well and nailed to solo tone w the OCD in tow. I highly recommend this pairing. http://instagram.com/p/Bi-qSZJlgvV

c/s seems like it would be a good pairing...leans to the darker end of spectrum to my last having a 12c/s?. I didn't feel it was dark at all, even w the LP. There was ample top end w the tone around 11 o'clock. I liked the full low end bc it gave the impression of a larger speaker. I caught the throw upside the head w the cab angled at me and it was inspiring to play through. I felt comfortable with the sounds coming out which I feel leads to channelling your best ideas bc you're not concerned about the amp not sounding right. We have an intimate club date in two weeks and I plan to take this set up again.

I have a G12C/S that I use with my Z-28. I'm not sure I properly tried it with my Ghia. It should be a good match with my super-bright Telecaster.

Its nice to just let loose and be confident about tone...last night maz 18 was dialed in right...makes a big difference.
