Congrats! I have the DG20 too and love the tones it produces. I got around to messing around with pup height and glad I did. I had them as high as possible per the direction's. I started lowering the the neck until I thought it sounded great, then lowered the rest to match volume. Presto! Sounds better to me with them lower. I'll probably play around with it some more, but it sure sounds great on all the switch notches. Lowering them also helped as i don't hit the middle pup so much with my pic.

I'm so happy I bought this guitar. I love the strat sound. I actually took to it much faster than I expected coming from a short scale Gibson background. I'm enamored with the clean "straight in" tones I can get. It's so comfortable to play.
I'm not fully converted. But man it plays so good. The satin neck finish is silky smooth. It's an all around great playing sounding guitar. Best gear purchase in at least 5 years.

I agree, I get the best results that way too. There's a beautiful clarity and string balance to the sound of the pick ups.
