About five years ago I owned my first Ghia. It was a one ten combo I got from the BST section and it rocked. The first show I used it on I played a Tele the whole night. Tonight I sat in w the band I used that rig with and took a Tele and my favorite Ghia guitar, a Strat. The duo sounded fabulous through the Z 2/10 combo and my spartan pedalboard got me through with little issue. My chain was guitar, Park fuzz, FD3, polytune mini, Dr scientist mini reverberator, and tc flashback delay. I had the added benefit of having both guitars outfitted with Fralin Blues Specials. I was really happy with the sounds I was getting and we got a great reaction from the crowd. I'm looking forward to future gigs with other guitars and the Ghia. For the first show with the new to me amp I remember why I loved the first Ghia I owned. Simple, toneful and easy to use no matter what guitar you play. http://instagram.com/p/BibIg_-liqN

I even like it with my Taylor GS mini acoustic. Don’t laugh.

My full circle Z was a Z-28. In between was a Ghia head which I enjoyed for a few years along with a Maz 18, Ray and EZG. Glad you found a Z to come "home" to.
