It's almost time to retube my MAZ again after much play time.
Miles, what would you recommend for tube complement for my MAZ 18 JR NR 2X10 to produce a clear, jangly, bell like tone, slightly dirty when pushed, but retaining really solid low end punch (no flab) when the volume is up?
I'm after a tone that is right in the middle between rubber clean (a la Mason) and new country overdrive. Think Paisley, although I prefer a hair cleaner tone than his for my own playing.
Thanks!
Shawn
