I ran the Therapy thru the Cure cab with Z12 - the did the Cure with both amps controls set as identical as possible. AMAZINGLY similar. The Z 12 really compliments the Therapy. I've pulled my Therapy ads and am taking a chill pill ..... pic of today's 2 videos amp settings....also the Z Verb is under mentioned around here for its great vibe and ambience. In the room it was very similar.....so much so that I said it twice These were reasonable volumes and neither sounded more than the other. Tons of reverb splashing around to soften my soul.

$1000 is really chump change compared to the value of the Therapy or the Maz 18's that are going for $1000.
It's equivalent in value to three expensive pedals maybe two.
I have felt like I needed to sell an amp or guitar because I feel guilty or may be perceived as frivolous.
Work hard and provide for your family, but take care of what makes you happy. I hope you can keep the Therapy.
May I suggest the Radial Twin Cities ABY as recommended by @irreversal. That will really change your life if you can spare another $100.
Running two Z amps in stereo is definitely a pleasure.

Running two Z amps in stereo is definitely a pleasure. I've ran stereo before and I have a little Loopmaster ABY. If I was serious about keeping both I would buy a Radial head switcher and have the clean Therapy and a dirty Cure through the Z 12 in the studio cab. These days I've decided : that I am not a collector- tried it- not a professional or even part time musician - and primarily play music as a form of prayerful meditation. Sometimes I play with my buddy who drums or with my dad at his house, but mostly alone at home........in the Spirit. Selling stuff for paltry money which comes and goes isn't even a worry anymore....I've realized I decided to forgo financial success along time ago and that I usually lose money in gear deals. I'm okay with that. My intentions are to have my external life imitate my internal beliefs...externally speaking a smaller amp and one guitar fits my desires internally...the Z Verb is my luxury item and soothes the outer man. Trying to shrink the gear is much easier than shrinking ego, which loves to exalt itself above others. On an aside Pete....do you notice any electrical oddities in my west coast Oregon house? Or is it just weird down south in California I will try to do a overdriven side by side as well but it's hard to capture on an iPad camera without distorting everything.

Love the videos! More please! Maybe some overdrive comparisons between the two?

Love the videos! More please! Maybe some overdrive comparisons between the two? I'm gonna try but I've had less quality video success with the iPad camera and overdriven amps. The iPad is the only computer we have and I don't know how to connect my old JVC video camera to the iPad for making videos. The JVC was pretty good for just a camera. I sure the volumes where the two amps would really sound different would be to loud for any video I can do. If Dr Z could make a few duds it would be easier to pick between them, but they are all so dad gum cool. Each one has its own unique thing.....a lot of them cross over just a bit, but each one seems to have ITS own thing.
I'll try to do the dirty video tomorrow.

The Therapy is much more present.....the Cure Drive tones feel like they melt into the air.....Therapy cleans are so beautiful and haunting- they really are audibly enticing.....The Cure cleans feels a bit thinner at similar volumes.
As the volume comes up the Therapy really makes itself known as the boss. The Therapy is a performance amplifier.....the Cure feels like sweeter and fits my lifestyle better.
The real sleeper here for me is the awesome Z12 speaker. Easily could be a favorite for me. Sounds great with the Therapy and perfect with the Cure - I'm thinking I'll get one for my 1x12 convertible cab.
On a side note.....the weird electrical things I've noticed in my house are that many if not all my outlets have the plugs upside down, ground on top. One day I'll re wire this old house an put new outlets in.....maybe I'll keep them upside down to remember the old man who took such good care of this old place before we bought it. Some don't have grounds at all...only two prongs, and they are upside down as well.

For all those waiting for the dirty Therapy video...that sounds bad....the overdriven Therapy video- I can't get a good recording of the Therapy dirty because it's much louder than the Cure even with MV at 9 o'clock and V cranked. It's also much more huge and big sounding.
Sorry all. Therapy feels a bit more rough and Cure more smooth
