Anyone tried the DB4 through a ZBest cab? I ordered one through humbucker music this morning...wondering if the creamback and G12 will be okay or if I will need to throw a Alnico Gold in there. I plan on buying a Z lux head to run through the same cab with a headbone switcher eventually.

Welcome to the forum!
The DB4 sounds great through ceramic speakers, I think you'll be pleased.
And with a 2x12, it'll have a lot of punch.

I played a DB4 through a Zfest at Docs shop when it first released.
You will not be disappointed!! Be sure to give the speakers time to break in before you decide if you like it or not.

Played it at practice last night...my goodness what an awesome sounding amp! It is Dynamic with loads of rich harmonic content. If it sounds any better than this after the speakers break in, I may not be able to contain myself! It is truly inspiring to play through.
