DC here! Since autumn 2015 I have saved up for a new amp. (a healthy tax return in december help a lot) And monday I tranfered money to Ron at ProGuitar in Germany for a navy blue Z-Wreck combo. www.proguitar.de/ProGuitar.de/Z-Wreck_Combo.htmlSince me and my better half is in Barcelona and visiting the daughter grandson and family. Ron will ship the amp with UPS 2018-08-01 and we are back in Sweden 2016-08-02. This will be the nicest autumn yet amp-wise lols Running my Rout66 and Z-Wreck combo in stereo I will be interesting to compare the two setups - My Route66 has the 2x10" cab - removabale back plate. I'll get back with pics and soundclips in August. Cheers: Dixiechicken!

Let us know how it goes- I love my ZWreck, and am contemplating a 66 or a DB4.

Dc here!
Both are awesome amps - cant go wrong with anyone of them - lol. If you want a bit more difference go for the Route66 - would be my advice. The DB4 should more similar to the Z-Wreck.
Basing this on the tube complement - and the fact that Brad Paisly wanted a british voiced amp from Doc with some ideas he had. you can alway ask Doc him self about his thinking and ideas around his various amps.
Cheers: Dixiechicken!

DC here! Yes most likely - when I emailed him this summer in early july asking about those "navy" blue ones. He said he had 2 in stock. Did you wipe the knobs off after putting your greasy finger prints on them? I want an amp in pristine cindition - ( just kidding ) Maybe I could ask Ron for a price reduction - many ardent guitarplayers must have put that amp into second hand condition ( kidding again ) Seriously it will be very interesting to hear how the Z-Wreck stack up and compare it with my Route66 - I can hardly wait until we get home from BCN Take care and have a great day Cheers: Dixiechicken!

Yesterday friday at lunch my Z Brake Lite arrived with UPS. installed it and tried it out at home - works as advertised - lol.
Tomorrow sunday I get to try it in the rehearsal studio with the big band. I'm almost certain 4 clicks down is a must 😎 - but we'll see.

Z Wreck + Brake Lite = killer tone combo, congrats! THIS!! The AirBrake and Brake-Lite work great on all Z amps I've tried, but the Brake-Lite in the Z Wreck combo is a heavenly combination. How's it treatin' you DC?

DC here! Just fine thanks - Yesterday (sunday) at the rehearsal I ran the Z-Wreck with the speed setting. Volume at 12 o'clock - bass 12 o'clock Treble & Cut about 10 o'clock Break lite three clicks down. Great sound I could hear my self fine and nobody else complained about the volume Cheers: Dixiechicken!
