It works very well for a lot of the playing I do. (My 1x10 combo is a Z28 with Eminence Ramrod, and it works really well, too)

It sounds good into every format but the 1x10 is sure a nice size to carry around. Also it compliments the 12" speakers most everyone else has and adds a nice tone profile to a bands bandwidth. I miss my Ghia regularly....I loved mine with P90's in a Les Paul .

I use the CG 1x10 also with the Red Fang. Great amp! It amazes me how well that little combo cuts thru the mix playing in our band.
