My beloved vintage Green Diode Carmen Ghia head will play for 5 minutes then I get no Output - Lights still on, some humming but no output. It's like it warms up to a point then shuts down. Any troubleshooting ideas or anyone know what might cause this?

Still have humming? That means it's not the fuse or the rec tube.
Most likely the power tubes. Pop a fresh set in and give it a try. (how old are the el84's that are in there?)
In cases like this, 99% it's the tubes...most likely the power tubes.
If a new set of power tubes doesn't do it....get another 12ax7, and put in in V1, and if that doesn't do it, put it in V2.
But like I said: probably need a new set of el84 tubes.

Oh, I just re-read your post. This keeps happening over and over? Sounds like you've got a loose soldering point/joint somewhere.

What John said. If it's not a tube, then I'd be suspicious of a fractured or cold solder joint or possibly a loose tube socket. But like he said, it's 99% tubes. How old is your Ghia?

Welcome to the forum. If new tubes do not correct the problem then it may need a Dr visit. Call or email the Z Shop.

Retube the whole unit if they're that old. More than likely, that's your issue.
Welcome to the forum and good luck on solving the problem.

Serial Number on my Ghia is K 7133 - which dates it to 2000 I think - bought from Willcutt Guitars

Welcome to the forum! I know you're not blowing fuses, but when my Ghia popped its fuse, it ended up being a simple rectifier tube. Replace those old tubes and see what happens.

Ordered 2 matched JJ EL84's -- swapped the old power tubes out - fixed the issue... Thanks everyone for the suggestions and debug tips! Forgot how good new tubes sound - I guess your ears grow accustomed to the sound changes....
