Is there a trick to keeping the fuse tight? Mine popped out during the middle of a song at a gig tonite and even though i had a screwdriver handy, I wasn't able to get the fuse to actually stay in the amp and had to use my crappy solid state fender frontman amp which made the gig horrible.
Any ideas?
Thanks
ps, the amp blows fuses VERY frequently, even had the amp in to Z for repair and it still does this. It's a shame because i love the sound of this amp more than any I've ever played through, but it lets me down a lot functionally.

I wonder if the fuse holder is broken?
My experience with those things is that once you push in and twist they are solid. Are you sure the shaft of the holder is not twisting in the chassis when you turn the cap with the screwdriver? If so, you may need to hold onto that part while twisting the end cap with the screwdriver.
As far as the fuses blowing, are you using fast or slo-blo fuses?
