I cant figure out how to post pictures? They need to be hosted on a 3rd party site (i.e., Photobucket) and then linked in.

It is a 2014 model. I was able to trace it back to the previous three owners, so I have its history from about July of 2015 on. It look brand new, not a mark or scratch on it. It still had a hang tag on it. The last owner only had it for 6 weeks. The owner before that changed the speaker to the Celestion Blue and put in fresh tubes. It looks like he went for the Tube Stores package. They are all JJ except for v1 which in a NOS GE 5751. Today I am going to fire it up with the z-drive.

V1 is a 5751?
what's in V2? In my opinion, V2 is where a 5751 should go in this amp. But whatever sounds best to you.

And we STILL want to know what you think of it...especially compared to a Route 66 and Z-28.

The Ghia vs RT66 vs Z-28. Granted these observations are only after three days. I used a tele, the PRS Vela and a PRS single cut. I still have to plug in a strat!! I have also not tried other speakers yet and I have only tried one pedal, the Z-drive. I only used the pedal for about 30 minutes. It took that pedal very well.
I was surprised at the amount of clean headroom the Ghia has. I guess I was expecting less. There was less headroom with Single Cuts humbuckers, but I was still surprised. Of the three it is the brightest. The Z-28 is fairly bright but in the Fender sparkle way. There is a snap to the notes, I am sure the Alnico helps with some of that. Crisp would be another good word. It does not have the thump and bump of the other two, but it still has great bottom end.
Now when you turn them up the Rt 66 is the smoothest of the bunch. The Ghia is also very smooth and compressed but with a touch of the grit the z-28 gives.
The tone control is great but there is more flexibility with the other two amps.
I am sure I have not said anything that has not already been said, just my early two cents. I still have to log in some more flight time with the Ghia and learn more of the nuances. More pedals and guitars and speakers to try! (I think this is my longest post!)
