I owned a Carmen Ghia several years ago but it was too small of an amp to be useable to me on a gig as most bands I played with were loud and I preferred my tone clean getting dirt from my 2 Kingsley pedals.
Well I've retired from gigging permanently and sold off my 2 big amps (Carr Impala head and 2X12 matching cabinet and my Tone King Galaxy head and matching 2X12 Cab) and now am looking for a small amp strictly for home use. I remember noodling around on the Ghia through a 2X12 Celestion blue loaded cabinet thinking it was such a sweet tone. Now I'd like to find a used 1X12 ghia combo preferably with a celestion blue.
Of course when I'm looking there aren't any to be found.
Well not in a hurry I guess. Eventually one local enough for me to pickup will turn up.
