I just saw a Ghia online with a master volume...it was really compact too. Is this amp sold new and what key words would I use to google it?

We call them "Annies"
25th Anniversary limited edition, smaller than the normal production model with the addition of Master control and 4/8/16 speaker taps
Limited = 50 were made, with a numbered plate attached, signed by Dr. Z.
Most excellent!

It was an anniversary model. There were only 50 made. They pop up on the BST occasionally....

The green jewel light one I had made me a bit more happy than the 25th I had....the 25th seemed brighter...maybe more headroom? Not sure but if I got another Ghia I would look for another green jewel light one. But the itty bitty size is so cool.

The Anni that I bought brand new had a green jewel light (I think all did). Also, if you max the master it takes it out of the circuit.

But, I'm pretty sure the circuit is the newest one which has a bit more headroom. I played my two Ghia's side by side and my older "green jewel" lite Ghia would break up sooner and felt a bit squishyer. I realize the green jewel light doesn't effect tone but it was a way to describe the years of those Ghias. Maybe I should refer to the script logo instead. I thought the newer racing stripe Ghia and the Annie had the same circuit ...MV excepted of course. Either way I miss my Ghia....

The Anni is the only Ghia I have owned so no perspective for me. I would love to try an early run Ghia for sure.
