A friend emailed these links today - some bootleg videos of a show at Cowboys in Albuquerque, NM on May 20, 2006.
Guitars were a stock G&L Ash ASAT Classic and a stock G&L Ash S-500 thru a Dr. Z Maz Sr 212 (I believe - may have also been a Jr., but I think I had the Sr on that run).
Johnny Lee "Pickin' Up Strangers"
Johnny Lee "Hey Bartender"
Johnny Lee "Lookin' For Love"
"Hey Bartender" has the traditional 'everyone play a solo' part in the middle.

Hey Dan, I was a fan of Johnny Lee waaaaay back when he briefly married Charlene Tilton & was playing Billy Bob's...I'd love to have a gig touring with JL. I remember trying to learn the intro to 'Looking for Love' in the beginning of taking up guitar. Thanks for posting the vids!

Hey Bill, I tell ya, J.L. sounds better now than he did 'back-in-the-day'. If he comes 'round you ought to catch the show. Fun stuff. There's staple material but he changed up the set on the fly every night - I swear he knows about 5000 songs and would just start something out of left field...and we'd just go with it. Kept everyone on their toes and keeps the show fresh/interesting/entertaining for everyone.

T'was entertaining in Beaumont Dan. My wife was telling me tonight she wants us to move to a little town just outside Austin, Spicewood to be exact. Can't take Texas out of the girl!
