I was noodling around today on my son's new HSS Strat, and realized it was the first time I've tried a 'bucker with the Stingray. You see the Mazerati in the frame, but I'm using the Ray. Since others have wondered about how such a CLEAN amp can dirty up, here ya go...please excuse the sloppy playing and the video mic! Strat/ Keeley comp/ BB pre amp (gain at 8:00)/ Stingray:

Trower-esqe Can almost hear the seeds popin'. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D My best friend Peggy (who's a little older than me, 53, grew up on Trower) were watching him on Youtube the other day, I think it was this one : It could have been parts 2 or 3, but anyway, they show a closeup of the crowd and some dude is hittin' the old b_o_n_g right near the front row! LOVE Trower, especially "Day of the Eagle". Phil

Very cool Bill! You were getting some very cool sounds there.
The longer I own the Stingray the more I'm convinced it is a world class, game changing amp.

Thanks for listening, fellas! A fresh set of ears today however revealed nothing more than a big distorted trainwreck of a mess. ;D With those volumes it's apparently easy to overcome the level on my little Canon camera...hence, I've sent the vid into the trash bin.

Heh! You are just as picky as I am. I guess the difference is I've left plenty of my train wrecks littering the landscape.

I have plenty as well, Steve...fortunately most are off the first page now! Here's one my son and I played last night, 'entertaining the family'. We're actually doing a NYE party as a duo, and were rehearsing a little Christmas music...
