Hilton Lounge gig! Woohoo! I cringe when I hear myself go a bit sharp when I went to grab that high E, but what the hell - I'm just an amateur. This stuff should be left to the pros . media.putfile.com/Folsom-Prison-Blues-20-75

Thanks Matt! I'm still working on this style and really just got into it in the last two or three years but it's a blast to play that stuff. Some nights are better than others ;>) This particular gig was pretty subdued and low volume being that it was a lounge gig and all, but it's fun to let it rip a bit more in places where they let us. Unfortunately this is the only tune in our set list where I get to do it.

Appreciate the comments everyone. It's one thing to lay your rear end out there on the line by posting a sound clip, but in a video everyone also gets to see how goofy looking you are. I debated whether I was gonna expose this to the masses. That one out of tune part still makes me wanna crawl under a rock.
Dock666 - I think this is the start - and the end - of my music video career.

Quite impressive playing. Digging the tone too. Nothing amateur about that performance at all! I'm thinking more videos, not less.

Go listen to the out of tune crap on my soundclips, the muffed notes, etc. You did a great job on this! I was just thinking about a week ago that we should add this song to our set list, but after watching that I may want to practice for about year before doing that. Great job! And you don't look THAT goofy.
