Anyone else been watching? only one episode left.... is he guilty? innocent? Will we ever know the truth?

If a guy could be convicted on circumstantial evidence he'd be long since put away. But that's not how our system works, thank goodness.
My guess is that short of a confession, death bed or written post-mortem, we'll never know the truth for sure.

I'm not sure I care which way it goes but i think he'll be taking any secrets he has with him to the grave.

MY opinion: I think he's guilty as hell. In my book, anyone capable of dismembering their neighbor because there was an "accident" is capable of all the other things he's suspected of. The handwriting match in the last episode just cinched it for me. The system may be too flawed to convict this guy, but come on....wayyyy too much smoke for there not to be a fire here. He's gotten away with it because he's rich and connected.

I've been watching. Interesting doc. I'm in the guilty camp.

i don't buy the theory that only a guilty person would be capable of the dismembering. people do extraordinary things under extraordinary circumstances. as for the handwriting.... again, it seems like a no-brainer but, i feel like they're holding something back from us. There's a reason we've been left in suspense until the next episode.
on the other hand, i read an interview with the director and it doesn't sound like there will be a conclusive determination laid out by the filmmakers by the end of the last episode. They're going to leave us hanging.

When he said California is a big state. After the director said they were able to place you in California. CREEPY!

The last thing you hear at the end of the doc is him realizing he's "caught", and admitting that he "killed them all"...I thought leaving his own words hanging there in the air was the perfect ending to the film. I wonder if he'll ever tell anyone what he did with his first wife's body.
