Now that my band's a bit more active than it was last year, I'm feeling the weight of carrying the maz 18 around to rehearsals and gigs. I'd love a case with wheels. Any suggestions?
I'm in the UK so no US-based case makers please. Gator have the g112a which looks good except that its listed height is an inch shorted than the listed height for the maz. I do wonder if it'll squeeze in. Gator also did the slightly larger g112 roto, but seems to be discontinued.
Suggestions. Hit me!

Bump. Still looking. Thinking of building one, which might go horribly wrong, but definitely cheaper than shipping one to the UK from the states.

You may want to contact John at Peach Guitars , he might be able to put you on to a source in the U.K.

Try the Flightcase Warehouse they have stuff of the shelf as well as custom orders.

I believe the Gator G112a is the same case I have. I've had it awhile (8 years) so I'm not sure about the model. Anyway, I use it to carry my MAZ Jr. It will fit but you will just barely be able to zip the top closed. I don't use the handle anymore. I made a wheeled dolly that I mounted to the bottom. Like I said though, it is 8 years old and has held up well.

Yeah, Peach guitars recommended Flightcase Warehouse too. They don't seem to have anything off-the-shelf that would fit the maz perfectly. I'm sure I could get one customer made, but it'll cost...
I had been considering the Gator case. On paper, it's not quite big enough, but I was wondering if there was some wriggle room. If I find a good deal on one I'll take a gamble on it.

I've got a soft-sided, but still rigid, Gator case with wheels and handle. It accommodates my MAZ 18 Jr. fine. I'll try to check the model number later today and get back to you. Added: OK, mine is pretty much like this one, but it's older, and I don't think it functions as an amp stand. I don't recall paying near $200 for it either.

It's not a proper stand but I can set the amp on top of it.
