Blonde 1x10 combo w/RF. Haven't had much time to play it, but did manage a few minutes. I bought my first Z three years ago and have wanted another since. I've been tempted by every model that has been released in those three years. Really tempted by the Therapy.
What I needed most was a simple grab n go, that I could also use at smaller gigs. It is loud. WHAT? It will work perfect for home also with the Brake-Lite.
Of course I have been reading here a lot, trying to decide which Z to get. Thanks to everybody here for their input on various threads, as it is a valuable asset for someone like myself, who can't play before you buy.

Lol man are they loud. I just got an older Ghia 1x12 combo with a WGS Reaper in it. It's too loud, like way too loud for my gigs. I can never crank it to the sweet spot. I literally have the volume around 9 o'clock with a small country band and it's plenty loud there. I really wish I would've held out for a M12 combo but I got a crazy deal on the Ghia and it came with a head cab and everything to turn the combo cab into a legit speaker cab. I've listed it for sale or trade as I need something a bit quiter. I just hope I can make a deal soon. Congrats! Hope you love it!

The Ghia has an "acoustic" quality to it the way that the strings respond...it really brought out a lot more of my finger picking style than other amps. Just a fantastic amp well versed in all styles.

Just a fantastic amp well versed in all styles. I find this to be the case as well. I'm not 100% sure this is correct, but it's almost as if the circuit is so simple and there's so few components for the signal to go through, that the speaker just responds so quickly & accurately to what's happening at your fingertips. Never quite played an amp this revealing--even other Z's.

That red fang is a LOUD speaker. You might want to consider something else. A speaker with a lower db rating.
Some like it, some don't.
Anyone that feels the Ghia is too loud for their purposes, should replace that fang with a different speaker.

Congrats on the new amp. I have not found an amp I like more than my Ghia. It's so pure and sweet sounding. It's like Heaven in a box.

Thanks to all for the comments.
After spending some more time playing and hooking up a couple of pedals, I think the CG will be going to a lot of gigs, not just the smaller venues. Looking forward to trying it out at band practice, Sat. I have a Fender 4x10 cab and a Zbest w/Creambacks at our practice space. Going early to try them out. Might even try it in stereo with the Remedy.

After spending some more time playing and hooking up a couple of pedals, I think the CG will be going to a lot of gigs, not just the smaller venues. Small gig = Ghia w Brake Lite engaged Medium gig = Ghia w BL disengaged (or maybe 1 click) Big gig = Ghia with a mic in front of it feeding the PA Easy, right? Congrats on the amp.
