This album came out this last year (2014). It was in my car CD player for two months straight when it came out and I still can't get enough of it. It grooves like none other I've heard in a very long time. I highly recommend you take a listen! I listen to a lot of newer music, but this album stands out to me more so than most. Its soundscape creates a feeling and ambiance which seems instantly nostalgic. I find the guitar to be very tasteful and full of texture which is a huge plus. You can hear him throughout the album playing his guitar through a Leslie rotary cab. Check it out!

I thought he sounded like Dylan w Wilco behind him with his own spin. A friend at work has turned me on to them recently. Good stuff.

Cool sounding band.
Sidebar: for the life of me I do not understand why Paul feels compelled to stay on stage when a band plays.

A) So are the rest of the members of his band, and they aren't there. B) I don't think he adds anything, and it's a bit of a spotlight play. ...its just my opinion, but it would be more respectful for him to relinquish the stage.

If your a band and I have had some friends play on the show with their bands... why wouldn't you want Paul to perform with you? He has been asked to perform and record with some of the greatest musicians over the past decades! I like this band!
