I had an opportunity to purchase a red LE Carmen Ghia serial #2. What makes it extra special is that it was Bluzman ( Paul )'s amp. I feel really blessed to have the chance to own one of his amps and I think that he will be happy with me owning it too...because I'm gonna play the tar out of it all the time.

I received the amp yesterday and had about 15 minutes to unpack it, plug it in and make sure it was working right and then load up the car to head into Portland to sell a pedal and then back out to rehearsal. The Mini Ghia and my Monza teamed up in stereo for a rollicking time. The master volume on it is not as sensitive as my Monza's is...I guess it's a different circuitry and I'm sure responds different to what's feeding it. Either way sounds killer and running two Ghia's in stereo has been a long time longing of mine as a few of you may remember.... Well that sounds awesome too, just super full and round and beautiful..... Okay pics now

I bought #10/50 in mint condition off of BST a couple of weeks ago and got to take it out for a job the night before last with one of my archtops (Godin Kingpin) for a big band job.

Oh yeah! - and the notes just bloomed when I soloed (using an MXR MicroAmp for boost) with the head set v10/t11/m2 and the guitar v4/t2 through a 1x12 Mesa open back cab.

That's right it didn't see the BST because a Z fan close to the Z Shop bought it on my Reverb.com page the first night up. I'm glad it went to another big Z lover who can take it to Doc for any repairs or service.
Collectables go bye bye when the roof starts to leak. I've got my summer work planned already

. I sold both my Monza and both my Ghia's. Used another item I had to acquire a Therapy and am trying to get my daily dose in. I'm just feel lucky to have one Z.
