How long will the tube last before I need to replace them. I play about an hour a day.

Playing for 300 or so hours would give you about a year as zdogma said above. You might notice a change in 1/2 that amount of time ... some folks do and some do not.
As a side note, the preamp tubes would not need changing and could last decades.

I use matched GrooveTubes in my Ghia and change them every 2-3 months unless we're gigging heavily, in which case, it can be as often as every month.
