Big, fat and articulate. Lots has been said about the gain on this amp and I do love that . . .but the cleans have been my biggest surprise. I like crisp, punchy cleans. Some amps get you there but tend to be ice picky. Not with the Therapy! Been playin' this amp every day at church and loving it more and more. Todd

That answers one of my big questions. I think ignorance may have been less expensive.

^^^All you had to do was ask!
This is not a one trick pony at all.
The best part is how easy the settings are to dial in. The MV and volume pretty linear so as you turn one up and the other down is very easy to maintain your volume while adjust from clean to mean.

The MV and volume pretty linear so as you turn one up and the other down is very easy to maintain your volume while adjust from clean to mean. ^^^^^^ All of THIS! I know my reports have tended to focus on the meaner side of this amp, because that's what I was looking for and what I need right now, but the cleans on this baby are massively impressive indeed! "Z28's big brother" has been used a lot, but if you don't know the Z28 then that's not very helpful I guess. Like the Z28, this is a muscular amp, but the Therapy has a harmonic richness; a sweet thickness; a sustain and ring to it, that even my beloved Z28 doesn't have - it's also a more forgiving amp as it doesn't have that EF86 front end. Let me put it like this - to cover all the ground I need to, I could never gig my Z28 without a pedal or three; I could just about get with away gigging my Remedy without any pedals; whereas I really look forward to gigging my Therapy in every situation I can find! I guess if you need/want EL84 chime, then you need an additional amp, but other than that, this is one hugely versatile amp!
